Dublin Comic Arts Festival (DCAF)
The Dublin Comics Arts Festival (DCAF) is the first and only independent small press comics expo in Ireland. Established in 2017, the grassroots, volunteer-run event series has grown widely in popularity with comic artists and illustrators across Ireland and has gained attention internationally.
As a member of the DCAF Volunteer Committee, I designed and developed the new website to enhance the visual aesthetic, user interactivity, and information base of DCAF. Aiming to capture DCAF’s playful, inclusive and creative ethos, the website is both colorful and accented by illustrative and maximalist typographic elements. Multimedia assets and external media links help to guide viewers throughout the comprehensive world of DCAF’s ever-widening and beloved community in Ireland and beyond.
