Visual Identity & Website
Shoshana Green | ButohSF
Shoshana Green is a Butoh and movement artist, teacher, curator and presenter for Butoh Programming in San Francisco. While designing Shoshana’s website, the intention was to reflect both a modern yet poetic aesthetic - with a balance of contemporary typography, hand-rendered details and stunning photography. We also combined the pre-existing ButohSF website into Shoshana’s personal site, with ButohSF Programming and information compiled into one page for clarity. In addition to ButohSF Programming and event archives, the site contains galleries, video content, and events information. We also developed a simple suite of hand drawn-inspired wordmarks for various touchpoints on the site, and applied a monotype body font throughout for an airy and angular accent. View Website
